The purpose of this special workshop meeting will be to address current issues relevant to the aforesaid boards and to conduct any other lawful business of the Village.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissioners of the MONTGOMERY FIRE DISTRICT of the Town of Montgomery, State of New York, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 18th day of October, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Montgomery Fire Department Firehouse, 136 Ward Street, Montgomery, New York 12549 for the purpose of making public comment on the contents of the 2023 proposed annual budget.

Immediately following the close of the hearing at the same location, but starting no earlier than 7:30 p.m., the District will conduct a special meeting for the purpose of revising and/or adopting the final budget.

A copy of the proposed budget is available for inspection during office hours at the office of the Clerk of the Village of Montgomery, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York,; the Clerk of the Town of Montgomery, Town Hall, 110 Bracken Road, Montgomery, New York and at the office of the Montgomery Fire District Secretary where it may be inspected by any interested person.
