PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Friday May 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and shall be held at Montgomery Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York.

The purpose of this special meeting will be to: i) schedule a public hearing to consider the adoption of a local law entitled “A Local Law Amending Local Law No. 5 of 2023, As Amended By Local Law Nos. 4 and 6 of 2024, to Extend the Moratorium Prohibiting the Approval of Certain Land Development Applications in the Village of Montgomery for an Additional Six Months; and ii) to conduct any other lawful business of the Village. 

The public is welcome to attend this special meeting, but is advised that there will be no public participation.

The Village of Montgomery will make every effort to assure the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Village Clerk.
