PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Tuesday April 29, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. and shall be held at Montgomery Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York.

The purpose of this special meeting will be to:

1. consider additional modifications to and adopt the 2025-2026 Tentative Village Budget, as modified;
2. consider and adopt an updated Village Fund Balance Policy; and
3. to conduct any other lawful business of the Village. 

The public is welcome to attend this special meeting, but is advised that there will be no public participation.
